CurrentSCHIEx Policy Manual
The SCHIEx Governing Authority is charged with establishing a statewide policy framework that allows incremental development of health information exchange policies over time, enables appropriate, inter-organizational health information exchange, and meets other important state policy requirements such as those related to public health and vulnerable populations. The policy framework is accompanied by underlying legal agreements that outline the terms of the service and describe the duties and responsibilities of each Participant and the SCHIEx.
The following policy and legal documents have been approved by the SCHIEx Governing Authority, and together comprise the SCHIEx Poilicy Manual.
